Recipient of a Michelin star, 4 AA Rosettes, and a top 15 spot in the UK's 100 Best Restaurants, Alyn Williams presents contemporary fine dining at his eponymously named restaurant at the 5-star Westbury Hotel in Mayfair. After 8 years working under Marcus Wareing at The Berkeley, Alyn Williams' restaurant has emerged as one of the most luxurious places to eat in London.
The Alyn Williams menu is carefully crafted using the finest ingredients from local suppliers. A 7-course tasting menu features inventions like the foie gras with prune, celeriac, bacon and espresso, and langoustine with lemongrass, chilli and cucumber. Myriad cooking techniques are called upon for the a la carte menu, which includes succulent barbecued monkfish, griddled Scottish lobster and iced coconut parfait with lime and peanuts.
Gold-ringed napkins and luxurious suede dining chairs characterise the interior at the Alyn Williams restaurant, where wines are cherry-picked from the finest producers in France and the New World. Separate vegetarian menus allow diners to experience innovative combinations in dishes like the smoked egg, leek and truffle.
Alyn Williams at The Westbury Hotel is open Tuesday through Saturday. On Conduit Street in London, The Westbury is a 6-minute walk from Oxford Circus Tube Station.

Everything was perfect , the food, the service, they even gave us a private dining room because there were 6 of us , it was a very nice gesture. We did not opt for coffee after dinner but they still gave us all the wonderful petit fours which again is a very nice gesture.

Excellent. Very impressive attention to detail and brilliantly prepared and frankly delicious dishes. Our fish dishes were particularly memorable. Great teamwork by friendly waiting staff; engaging and knowledgeable sommelier team with good recommendations on wines to accompany meal. Great cheeseboard with some old favourites such as Sharpham and some lovely French and Corsican cheeses. Definitely deserving of their Michelin star.

We had a great experience at Alyn Williams. The food was delicious and the service great.
We made a kitchen tour at the end and met with chef Alyn who is extremely nice and passionate.

The service was attentive without being overbearing, you felt well looked after by the members of the team. The food was diverse, beautifully presented and delicious alongside some creative and superb wine pairings. Meeting and talking with Alyn was a treat as was watching a working kitchen, he was completely down to earth and seemed genuinely pleased to talk to everyone that was dining hat evening. Will definitely be back!

Great tasting menu with wine flight. Fabulous value for a Michelin star restaurant. Fantastic service from all the team, however special mention to the Greek sommelier who was so interesting to talk to and shared so much knowledge on the wines he had chosen to accompany our food. We had mentioned on the booking that we were celebrating our 9th wedding anniversary and the kitchen piped a happy anniversary on to a plate with a sublime salted caramel tart which we devoured. The highlight was meeting Alyn on a tour of the kitchen. Would highly recommend.
