Dining at flambo jambos was good, a tad of a que in the morning however we stayed on one of the busiest weekends, the kids loved the menu and the food was good. The staff were really helpful too.

Flambo’s Jambo in Splash Landings Hotel offers delicious food with amazing views of the wacky waterpark. This casual, Caribbean-themed restaurant is a vibrant setting to enjoy a buffet breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Start the day with items from the hot breakfast buffet, as well as cereal and fruit juices. At lunch or dinner, try the all-you-can-eat pizzeria, with classics such as margarita and meat feast joined by unusal toppings inspired by international flavours. Vegetarian options include a vegetarian Hawaiian or mushroom and spinach, as well as tasty pasta dishes including penne in tomato and herb sauce and a traditional lasagne.

My daughter has allergies, the chef came out with all the ingredients lists of each dish. She then realising my daughter couldn’t eat the pizza, went and cooked a fresh one using only ingredients she can have. I was so incredibly impressed with this fantastic service.

we have stayed at splash landings a lot over the past few years(11yrs) with our children , we love it but the menu needs to change at flambos its been the same for a few of years now pitza and pasta its getting abit boreing and at 9,95 for kids and 16.95 for adults its a tad exspencive for a child who dont eat alot so a change in menu would be great. it never used to be just pasta and pitza so a rethink on the menu would be fantastic : )

When staying at Splash Landings hotel this is where we have breakfast. The breakfast was tasty and warm despite it being buffet. However we weren't impressed with the lack of options. We've stayed many times and this time the variety for breakfast was very limited with no kids section either.

Flambos is now a Pizza Buffet for lunch & dinner, there was a fairly decent selection & they were good. They also had Lasagne & chips & salad etc. It was fairly good but rather overpriced for what it was. The breakfast was fairly good too but the bacon & sausages weren't very good quality.

Lots of choice however considering we were pretty much first in the restaurant as it opened it was a surprise tonsee that the lettuce in the salad table was already brown and that the pizzas were not hot at all. Even when new ones were brought out they weren’t hot. Flavour / taste wise I didn’t have a problem.
Staff waiting for customers should possibly wait to the side or at the front of the restaurant one member of staff was posted right by our table and watched us get food and eat the whole time which was a little disconcerting.
For a quick bite and with children this place was fine but Glad we only booked it for the one night and found somewhere else to eat the second night.
