Staff were friendly but very busy and this meant long waits between things. Despite having booked we watched the tw waitresses put a table together for us even to the point of moving another customer off a chair. We were then told we hadn't booked the festive meal which we had they said we couldn't have it but we could order of the menu. Have been here before and always had a good experi3nce had this been our first visit it wou.d have been our last. Perhaps good to go and not busy times like I'd week lunch but not at busy times.

We went to Reading Oracle All Bar One for Mothers Day this weekend, we found the restaurant unfriendly, disorganised and untidy. This was a disappointment on a special day. We had to keep attracting the waiting staff to get attention, they forgot our drinks order and in general were not giving a quality service. We had travelled to Reading to lunch with our Daughter who is at UoR so we're excited to be lunching together for this event. It was a shame that the day was not made special at All Bar One Reading.

We had lunch. Loved the offer of prosecco for £15. We like the lunch menu for lite bites. We like the wraps and the light menu for something lighter than a heavy meal that you can enjoy for a quick relaxed lunch. Loved the new décor and the change around on the ground floor area. Shame the Mothers day brunch is not extended til 2pm as I think you would get more bookings, some mums might want to eat late but have the choice of menu :-)
