Everyone in restaurant went out of their way to be helpful & considerate. The food was lovely. Throughout the whole time we were there staff made sure that everyone had what they wanted without pestering us. The attention was always there but not intrusive. 10 out 10 for customer service, food and drinks. A definite for another visit.

Started off well, nice welcome, attentive staff. Party of 11 one guests main didn't arrive and had to be reordered. The offer was £10 per person for 2 courses. Everyone chose from that menu but when billed we were charged individual dish prices. Waitress kept insisting it was correct but when eventually manager came it was agreed that we had been overcharged by a substantial amount. Left a bit of a sour taste in what was otherwise a very good night thanks to the excellent company of friends.

Lovely restaurant with a nice atmosphere the girl who served us was nice. The food was lovely I had veggie burger and chocolate brownie for dessert nice cocktails although they are a bit over priced. They didn't rush us after our meal was done overall really nice and I would definitely go again if I had another deal. X

Good menu, excellent service, asked if I could be put by a window as always nice when dinning alone, for a look out etc, and perfect a reserved sign with my name on, in excellent position by the window, good tasty food as well. Also with the voucher it made it an even better value meal.

Average, not poor but probably just as expected from mid range chain. Multiple servers so difficult to judge service by one individual, it made it sporadic for us with reminders needed for our drinks. We were eating on an offer even though we had a clear email stating this the waitress was not well trained enough to understand this and still left us to check we could have the offer telling us "if you haven't got a star by your name then you can t have it" we as customers don t need to know this and the processes staff need to follow. Even though two waitresses and the manager on duty were aware we had chosen from the offer, the bill was still wrong and there was another delay whilst that was sorted. If you are going to do offers don t make the customer feel like a second class citizen by delaying them to check their status and then delaying them again because you don t bill them correctly for the offer making them have to declare to the world"oh no we have the offer price" Not a bad experience but average is never really good enough...or is it Bar One?
