I went with my mum for afternoon tea at The Biltmore for my birthday and had a fantastic time. The hotel is lovely and brand new and staff were really welcoming. We had a lovely big sofa to sit on which was so comfy I didn't want to leave! Afternoon Tea was delicious, we had booked traditional afternoon tea with a complimentary glass of champs! The sandwiches, scones and cakes were all so tasty and the staff were very knowledgeable in regards to the ingredients. My favourite was the gin and tonic cake! All the food was presented beautifully and was very colourful. I couldn't fault the service, neither myself or my mum had to ever refill our tea cups and we took full advantage of being offered extra sandwiches! The champagne was lovely and light and complimented the food really well. I would definitely go back here again!

We had the festive afternoon tea which was really good, great sandwiches, a good selection of fancy cakes, scones and a mini mince pie. The food was wonderful, I had peppermint tea which was so good and a glass of champagne - perfect! The hotel is lovely - staff were very attentive and super friendly, all in all a perfect pre-Christmas treat. Also we weren't rushed - felt we could have stayed all afternoon.

Comfortable setting in luxurious hotel, outstanding service and utterly delicious food. On short FANTASTIC! On arrival our coats were taken, we were offered a choice of seating area. The menu and origins of the ingredients used for the menu was explained along with our choices. Champagne was refreshing & light followed by our choices of teas. When the food arrived it’s presentation was just beautiful. Each item was explained and we were left to enjoy the delicious offering. Service was friendly and attentive without being intrusive to our meal. All in all an absolutely delightful experience.
