Prachtige zaal, heerlijke broodjes , rosé champagne en heel vriendelijke bediening. Een super begin voor enkele dagen Londen...

Wonderful experience all around. Sandwiches and treats were delicious, service was fantastic and atmosphere was superb. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to do a proper tea while in London.

We enjoyed a lovely traditional afternoon tea. The staff were very accommodating to our requests and our young daughters thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience. The chicken mayonnaise sandwiches were definitely the favorite savory food and the selection of treats for the princess teas were excellent. We will definitely be back the next time we are in London.

We came for Traditional Afternoon Tea to the Milestone Hotel in London. It was elegant and relaxed, our server was outstanding, and my family and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The food was delicious and we all enjoyed trying so many different things. I was a little disappointed that a hotel of this caliber didn't serve tea using bone china, and we were a little "squished" on the couches (there were six of us). I was also expecting to try a couple of different teas--our server was happy to bring me another, but it was clear that this isn't "normal". For the price, I would have thought it would be completely fine and my kids didn't want to ask for a different tea as a result. It was, however, a memorable afternoon (happened to be my birthday) and I would definitely recommend it.

love the observatory! best spot in the hotel for afternoon tea! food and service was great but unfortunately almost all of the pictures are ruined by the disgusting, dirty and unkept outdoor area that can been see through the glass. huge dirty air conditioning units in every picture!
not sure if i’ll come back again to be honest, but if i do, i’ll make sure i request a place with a better scenery, although for this kind of hotel, this is still unacceptable.

We visited for afternoon tea with a mixed party of 5 for a 60th birthday celebration. We were truly treated like royalty. It is intimate and lacking the gimmicks and frills they push on tourists. Nothing but class. Even our husbands enjoyed it and didn't feel out of place. We all went for the Traditional Afternoon Champagne Tea. So much amazing food. Loved the chicken almond sandwich the most but all were fab. Our host, I think his name was David, was lovely. Pedro took us for a tour of the hotel and a couple of your fabulous rooms and he was full of information about the history of the building. Finally we chewed the fat with Steve the door man. Funny guy. Hope he caught some fighters on his weekend off. We will definitely return with out of town visitors for afternoon tea or just the two of us. Aces!!!
