I booked Afternoon Tea for my Mum, myself and two Dutch relatives who had flown in for the weekend (staying at the hotel) as we were meeting for the first time. The view was spectacular, the waiter very friendly and attentive and the Afternoon Tea was sublime. We had lots of room where we sat allowing us to share our photos and gifts we had brought for one another. It was a lovely experience and very memorable especially for our relatives to experience this on their trip to London. I have one little criticism in that I found the music and bit too loud and "clubby", I think especially for Afternoon Tea perhaps the genre of music should be more relaxing. I still give 5 stars overall and would return most definitely!

Unfortunately due to traffic we were 30minutes late, it was explained to us that they hold the table for 15minutes but they did still have one free. We were shown to our table and left with the drinks menu, a couple next to us who arrived after us were served their drinks before ours was even taken! I had to go and find a waitress to ask for our glass of champagne. The sandwiches and scones were very nice but the “cakes” were very rich and very similar in texture.
Overall I felt very insignificant to the staff, for £35 I felt they could be friendlier and more approachable, I do not go into London often just for special occasions and I certainly did not feel very special.
On a positive note the views were fantastic, I had never seen the Tower of London lit up from this angle. A beautiful memory.

I absolutely loved the afternoon tea at Savage Garden! The food was great and actually filled us up. I think food is unlimited because I asked for more and they happily brought us more :)

The atmosphere was so nice and cosy, we didn’t want to leave and ended up requesting to be moved into the winter wonderland section, which though you need to book beforehand, they got us a space and refilled our tea and coffees.

The service was also really great. They went out if their way to make sure we were happy and comfortable the whole afternoon/evening.

It’s basically our favourite place now and we’re already booked planning on coming again :)

We had the afternoon tea at the Savage garden. Thw treats were of poor quality, quantity and taste. The service thought was excellent.
