We waited an hour for the afternoon tea. We got told numerous time it will be another 5 minutes. When the afternoon tea finally come out, the sandwiches was hard and clearly been in the fridge so no excuse as to why the food was SO late. One thing after another. Would not recommend.

Thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon tea with Champagne. Had trouble finding our way in as was through ME Hotel which was not mentioned on booking. It was a cold dull day but was still lovely on roof top with heaters to keep us nice and warm. We were a bit confused how to order and waited quite a while for food to come out but it was worth waiting for and also made us feel that we weren't being rushed out either. The afternoon tea was delicious! Unusual sandwiches which we both loved. Lots of cakes and scones and the Champagne was delicious too! We enjoyed the views even though it was a misty day.

Surroundings were great and the views from the restaurant over London were also great. Service was not good. We had afternoon tea and it was felt either the waiters did not know what to do or it was an inconvenience. We were served the food which had a few sandwiches and had too many cakes. We had to ask for the tea which was served only we asked and at the end rather than with the food. The glass of champagne we also had to ask for which was part of the deal. On arrival we thought we must come here again but by the end it was too painful an experience especially when there are so many better places to go to. sadly a disappointment

This was a delightful afternoon tea with excellent, tasty food [a bit different from the norm and all high quality], and very welcoming, positive service. Restaurant slightly too cool and music played a little loudly.

We had a champagne afternoon tea and it was delightful. Excellent mixture and style of food. Good value. The venue was great. Unfortunately it started to rain but the waiters closed the roof for us. We happily sat in our coats and enjoyed the lovely views. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Radio rooftop would be a great venue for enjoying a drink or a cocktail. It did not really work for Afternoon Tea.
