Restaurant description

In an ultra-modern setting, 1907 Restaurant, Bar & Grill serves inventive British cuisine and holds 2 coveted AA Rosettes. Housed adjacent to Britain’s most iconic race track, glitzy fittings and plush leather are offset by original chequered flags from the trackside.

A seasonal selection is sourced from premier British suppliers, including meat from London’s oldest butcher, Allan’s of Mayfair. Refined flavours and intensely rich aromas dominate the 1907 menu, with options like beer and honey sausages with crispy shallots, or chicken liver parfait with muscat jelly. A wholesome kids’ menu offers a tempting selection for little diners.

For a fashionable tipple, guests head to the black lacquered bar at 1907 Restaurant. As well as a refreshing cocktails mixed using prime ingredients, a wealthy stock on the wine list includes stunning vintages and an unrivalled selection of champagne.

Blending classic Art Deco style with contemporary flourishes, 1907 Bar & Grill at Brooklands Hotel evokes a fashionable ambience. Weybridge Rail Station is 6 minutes’ drive away.

Dishes displayed on a la carte menus are representative of the type of food available at the restaurant.

We ate here two nights in a row when we stayed at the Brooklands Hotel and the food and service was excellent, can’t fault it.

Very friendly and helpful receptionist in the hotel and also the head waiter in the restaurant. Didn't have a starter, which I regret now, but couldn't have managed that and the dessert! Husband had Shepherd's Pie, which was very tasty, and I had the Whole Plaice with Shrimps - really delicious. I was concerned about fish bones but the head waiter explained how I could deal with them and I'm so glad he encouraged me to go for it! Husband had the Strawberry and Vanilla Sundae which he really enjoyed, and I had the Brownie which was truly scrumptious! My rose wine was delicious and hubby had the cabernet sauvignon which he was really happy with. The music was perfect and the set-up felt very Covid-safe. It was quite busy, so towards the end of our meal service was a bit slow, but we didn't mind too much as there was such a nice ambience. Hotel, bar and restaurant were decorated to a very high standard and absolutely stunning! Will come again.

Amazing food, particularly the smoked salmon starter and the steak. Really efficient and attentive service. Overall a great experience!

Reduced menu, regular favourites not there like fillet steak.

Fantastic staff, lovely environment. The menu felt limited to fish or burgers. A bit pricey for what it was.

We love the hotel and the location however we felt the menu was lacklustre and very overpriced. Our dinner mains were nearly £20 each and consisted of a burger (which was nice, pub standard) and a small bowl of chips. For this price I would expect some sort of salad or greens to be included.

It’s was okay. Can’t say I was I really impressed. The menu was very reduced and not much option. The service wasn’t great eaither we was left waiting and there was no one around when having the meal to ask for anything. Overall very expensive for what we got. Eat out to help out was advertised also but no added to bill.

Our dining package was part of a groupon deal but we had a great choice of dishes from the menu and even tried something new. We received fantastic and attentive service and everything was served in a timely fashion and very well presented. Our only niggle was the batter was not crispy enough for our liking on this occasion.
