There was a hair in my main and the main manager only took the one dish off; there was nothing complimentary to apologise or anything additional. For a nice restaurant this isn’t great customer service and it’s off putting.

Lovely cocktails and high end food with good atmosphere and professional managed team. A little rushed on starter and main course but we requested them to hold back on dessert for a bit which was honoured.

Service was poor. Did not receive menus and water until we asked someone for service 10-15 minutes after being sat. Manager made up for it with free champagne. Different server each time someone came to the table. it was a bit messy. Food was okay, menu was heavy on mushrooms which is a common dislike and allergy. Côté de bœuf came a bit undercooked.
