An excellent restaurant serving extremely high quality seafood dishes; a real treat.

Overall a really lovely place, friendly staff and the restaurant clearly has its regulars. I had the scallop starter - wasn't overwhelmed as the leeks rather crunchy which was fdd with the soft scallop. Blew the budget on a fillet steak - which was fantastic in a lovely rich mushroom truffle sauce. Vegetables crisp and fresh .

Had a truly wonderful dinner at Angela's in Exeter. The food was excellent and the service impeccable - attentive and friendly without being intrusive and didn't feel at all rushed. Just wish I lived nearer so I could go back again tomorrow! Will definitely go again next time I am in Exeter.

Small, intimate restaurant. Lovely atmosphere. Wonderful service by husband and wife team. Food was extraordinary - "best steak ever" was one of our friends comments. Totally delicious and cant wait to go again.

Very friendly small restaurant, not too far from the cathedral. The food was excellent, beautifully cooked and reasonable portions (i.e. just right, not too small but not too large, either). quite expensive but decent value for the quality. We had the cheapest bottle of white wine on the list and it was pretty decent.

Been dining here several times a year for a few years now and will no doubt be dining here for many years to come. The perfect place for an evening out, not just for the food (which is exquisite), but for everything from the warm welcome, the friendly and attentive service and that attention to detail which makes it unique. The best restaurant in town by some distance!

A lovely experience from start to finish. Booking was easy and the welcome was nice. It was my husband's birthday and the table had some 'happy birthday' confetti which was a lovely touch, not over the top, just very tasteful. What can I say about the food - absolutely exquisite. We had 3 courses each and couldn't find fault with anything. The meat was tender and the rest of the food just a delight to eat. The service was impeccable. I would definitely recommend and, more importantly, definitely return. No higher praise than that.
