    Great food, great service

Was there with my 2 teenage grandsons who go there frequently with their parents. We were lucky to have vouchers for 4 free starters. Ordered 2 portions of garlic bread between us. More than enough for us all. If we had ordered 4 portions we woildn't have needed a main course! The boys had their favourites -pizza and lasagne - which quickly disappeared. I had a chicken dish which was delicious. My husband had the special duck dish. He said it was lovely but was disappointed with the amount of duck in it. Bottles of Peroni a bit over priced and they had no bacardi so I had settle for wine. I had a £20 voucher. The bill not counting the £20 was just over £70. Reasonable for what we had.

We arrived at our booking time and were asked to wait for 5 minutes. When we were finally seated at our table the service we received thereafter was friendly, professional and consistent. Our waiter, Adam, had let us know that one of our starters was dropped on the floor by one of the chefs so they had put another one on for us. We appreciated the honesty and we were completely fine with it. It didn't take long for the replacement to arrive. The mains were delicious too! Overall an excellent experience!

Was busy and noisy (unavoidable) but we got a table in the corner which was a bit quieter. Waiter was very good.

Absolutely crap, service was bad the minute we walked in, we were not shown to a table and just told to decide ourselves. I went with my four kids and I've honestly been served slower at fast food restaurants. The waitress was plain rude and not friendly to us at all. The starter must have come within about four minutes if us ordering and the main course came straight after, probably within 5 minutes. Not one of us finished our meals, pizzas were like card board lasagne was mince.

£54 pounds on utter rubbish. Never will I go back and I wondered why it was deserted at 6 pm. Arrived at 6.10 and left at 6.35. Paid for and not a thank you, see you again, did you enjoy your meal. Not a word.

    Never again
