2 adults and 2 teenagers prebooked as Boxing Day.
Previous experience of food here was better as food ok, but menu choices on day reduced and we were not told until 10 minutes of placing orders that unavailable. 3 of the meals came at the same time and the 4th came 10 minutes later.
The change of seating arrangements with no Booths for 4 and larger booths gone reduces the atmosphere as we were seated next to a family of 8 with children running round tables and fighting. Other couples sat and then left!

Awesome food, lovely staff, a little pricey but we really enjoyed it so it was worth it.

Everything about our meal was great. Three items were unavailable and we were a little disappointed but the service and cheerfulness from the waitress made up for it together with the complimentary glasses of white wine she gave us by way of apology

Food was slow to be served. Only two staff on the top floor whilst there was a lot more staff on the ground floor.

Because of this service was poor and the staff was stressed.

We didn't eat all the food as it didn't taste very good and by the time it came we was in no mood to eat.

Asked for a cocktail list and was shown a card with 4 drinks on it.

decent sized place over 2 floors.
Portion size is good as I was very full after starter and wine.
House wine by the bottle £14 ish.
Also it is located near some other drinking establishments so after your meal you can stroll across to a bar:)

We visited early evening. The welcome was good on arrival, the food was excellent with just the right time between courses. Service was good.

Saturday night and busy so we booked. The table was ready but it was way too small for four people. I thought some of the food would end up on the floor. The food was average at best. Some dishes never made average. The wine is over priced and vague on origin. The staff were friendly and helpful but that doesn't make up for the quality of the food. I won't be going back to any of their restaurants.
