They have to improve service, and get the orders right, I feel they need more staff.

Dined at about 3.40, arrived early. Seated and then waited to be asked for our order. Usually in these places, drink orders are taken whilst you are browsing the menu. The restaurant seemed to be short staffed and i am glad we arrived early as we had further arrangements in the day. The staff were friendly and pleasant but the restaurant needed more of them. could not fault the food, very good indeed!

We went for a meal before seeing a film. We left plenty of time but ended up rushing as our order was completely forgotten and we had to remind the waitress having waited 20 mins for our starters - 1 garlic bread! I specifically asked for my pasta to be very hot (in temperature). It was slightly warm. I sent it back - it came back slightly warm. The only good thing was that the coffee was hot.
