We enjoyed our meal. The menu was more limited than we had expected but the starters and mains we chose were well cooked and presented. The service was excellent and all the staff were very friendly.

Not keen on pre dinner bar area. Stools not suitable for limited mobility also feel like you are sitting n the shopping mall. Orders were straight forward and service good. Would like to see complimentary bread and olives. Very little cost to supplier but makes a big difference to customers.

Ate here before going to cinema. Booked online which was straightforward and greeted warmly once we arrived. Service was good and food very good, good value with a 30% off main course voucher. Nice atmosphere and attentive staff.

The food was all really good, presented nicely, nice and hot.
The only criticism was that the service was a little slow - and the restaurant wasn't that busy. It took 10 minutes just to get our drinks order and nearly 20 minutes to get our starters. Although the main course did come quite quickly after the starter.
Overall - pretty good

The dish I had was not to my likeing I had the new zucca I believe it's called which was.not the best. Although it was my choice just didn't seem like it tastsed how it was described on the menue pesto based although there was not pesto. Booking was really easy and quick via doing it online.Restaurant really nice and clean although can be very loud so it can be hard to hear.

having eaten at other Zizzi restaurants i was disappointed with the lack of atmosphere and the waitress who served had no interest in her job and did not offer us the usual black pepper or cheese after bringing us our main dish. she also failed to ask one of our party if they wanted drink after she had been involved in a discussion with him about which red wine to choose. my main dish was good however one of our party had a salad which had just been thrown together, the salad leaves, ham and chicken came whole!

I've been to the Zizzi's in Derby by the friar gate pub, and I must say I was a little disappointed by the quality of the food in the Intu Restaurant. The staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was lovely however the food itself is miles better at the Friary Zizzi's. The quantity as well seemed different as I'm used to having the Penne Del Casa and there was hardly any sauce or pasta in it. All in all the place was lovely, and I understand with it being in the Westfield, demand would be higher however that shouldn't disrupt from the quality of the food and the reputation of the name.
