The device was OK but the food was terrible. We ordered two pizzas that weren't cooked properly and presentation was awful. I could have got a better pizza from Tesco. If this is the reason why you are in business then you need to employ chefs who can cook. We were asked if our meal was OK and in true British style we said yes. But in true British style I will not be back.

Greeted warmly and offered a choice of table. Some of the chairs are uncomfortable but we shuffled some around and resolved the problem. The menu choice was exciting and varied. I particularly enjoyed the Casareccia Pollo Piccante with it's chilli flavour and the Trebbiano wine was excellent.

    Food was great as usual.

This time we waiting at the door for a long time to be acknowledged and seated even though we had reserved.

Nobody came to take an order for 25 minutes. I had to ask someone behind the kitchen who got a waiter. We were all incredibly thirsty.

Getting the bill proved to be just as challenging.

I would normally understand if the place was very busy but there were only 4 other tables filled.

Staff were helpful just very neglectful.
