All four of us really enjoyed the food here, especially lobster mac& cheese. Gave us a good table as it was my birthday. Great atmosphere.

Excelent dining experience. Very trendy restaurant, superb service and food. Just a word of caution, watch out for the "extras" (12.5% service charge, no side orders served with main course, these have to be ordered separately @ £5.00 each including potatos). Also drinks prices expensive but probaly consistent with trendy West End bars and restaurants.

3 out of the 4 party guest arrived at the reservation time of 7pm and we were told by the very unfriendly non smiling host that we had to wait until all parties had arrived until we were seated.
45 minutes later when out 4th party arrived we were seated but then told we had limited time at our table as we ran late. I found this ridiculous as I didn't understand why we could not have started our dining whilst majority of us was there.

We were given child like portion of food. We ordered 2 portions of chips, which resulted in 6 cuts of chips put together in one bowl.

The waiters were extremely helpful and when we complained about the portion of chips prepared another one free of charge. Highlight of the night, well it had to be the cocktails, ambience and birthday song! However I am sorry to say that I won't be going back there anytime soon..

We arrived late...and thankfully they still accommodate us. The food was very filling considering we had the four courses. It was hilarious because we were interrupted by the waiting staff running up and down to different tables with the mini fireworks.....celebrating guests birthdays!!! The music is very loud, although I appreciate there is a nightclub immediately next to the restaurant. Would I go again......ummmmmm? It's full of young girls looking for a good time! Need I say anymore.

Very average. Incredibly slow, food overall was good but the main course was pretty awful. In all, it took 2 3/4 hours from arriving to getting the bill. Expensive for what we had. Would not recommend

The restaurant was lovely- the ambience was great, though as the restaurant got busy, the service started to slack and had to wait for our glasses to be topped up and had to remind the waiters for our bill at the end. Couldn't fault the food and great value with the offer through bookatable!

I initially had two tables of 8 booked and they were separated by two, two seated tables unnecessarily even though when I confirmed each booking I specifically asked for the two tables to be together, it made no sense separating us with different guests also baring in mind there were 4 empty tables near my party that were completely unoccupied for my entire visit. I discussed this with the waiter and he apologised.
I called the restaurant whilst abroad to ensure that the restaurant was able to accommodate us by putting the tables together.
The waiter him self and the guys serving the food were quite attentive however it was very apparent that they were finding it hard to deal with the demands of a large volumes of people visiting including my party of guests.
After our first 3 courses were served we were left to wait over an hour before the dessert arrived. The waiters were running around serving other people. When we asked the waiters why it was taking long they got annoyed and frustrated almost as if we were becoming a nuisance- one member of staff said if you want a better service you should order from a set menu and its not his problem!!!
I feel very dissatisfied with the service which I received on Saturday as this was not my first time visiting the restaurant. I previously attended the restaurant back in November the first occasion was a very nice and pleasant fine dining experience hence the reason I returned, this occasion on my birthday was absolutely disgusting!
I feel as if we were made to feel like second class citizens, less important compared to your other guests! I witnessed loads of other people being accommodated with excellence compared to the experience We received- which was all because “ We didn’t book off of the set menu” as the lady who guided us to ur seats suggested!
The service was unpleasant and outrageous from the beginning. looking for a nice restaurant in London? this is NOT it!

Food was lovely and service attentive but not over powering. A very good value meal in a lovely setting. Quite a "busy" atmosphere so probably more suitable for a girly dinner with friends than romantic date !
