Poor food. The medium steak came cremated, dry and tough. They did replace it with a properly cooked steak which was unfortunately mostly fat and gristle. The starter of breaded mushrooms was also over cooked and the sour cream had clearly been standing so long it had a skin on it. Some of the staff were lovely and helpful others seemed totally disinterested. I wouldn't go again.

Poor. We were attended to quite soon, ordered our drinks with one waitress. There were seven of us and two of the requested drinks were unavailable (a type of wine on the menu and a type of beer also listed on menu). We ordered the meals with another waitress and, as one was altered by my daughter, I checked how many meals the waitress had on her list and she confirmed seven. When the meals came two were brought to table and a few minutes later four other meals arrived but my husbands didn`t come. The waitress must have realised there was one short and asked what he ordered. A few minutes later a young waiter arrived at our table and was very apologetic, saying there was a mix up and my husbands meal hadn`t been ordered, it would be another 15 minutes and they could bring a plate of chips in the meantime. He agreed to this, commenting we hoped to get a discount and he got his chips soon, but most of us had finished our meal before his ordered meal had arrived. To be fair they did give us complementary dessert which we ate, although none of us really had wanted dessert. Further to other reviews, the glasses were dirty and there is no excuse for this, even though the manager has commented on reviews that it is due to hard-water in the area. I live in the area and it is nothing that a good wash and drying will not solve. Quite disappointed-luckily the company of my family was lovely.
