Awarded Best Traditional British Restaurant and Best Seafood Restaurant by Zagat 2013, Wiltons Restaurant and Oyster Bar on Jermyn Street is an English fine dining institution. Elegant but homely, Wiltons restaurant has been a St James’s landmark since 1742.
Praised by Time Out, Harden’s and The Good Food Guide, a wide range of fresh fish and shellfish dishes complement the award-winning Wiltons oysters, including poached halibut with a cucumber vinaigrette, and Scottish lobster. The meats carved at your table by the trancheur vary daily, including succulent roast sirloin beef and honey glazed cherry tree farm gammon.
If you’re in London to see a show, take advantage of Wiltons’ pre-theatre menu. Savour sumptuous mains like truffle and wild mushroom macaroni cheese, followed by a luxuriant British dessert of caramelised Cambridge cream with raspberries.
Discover why Tatler said “if we could only ever eat at one London restaurant again, it would be Wiltons”. Wiltons restaurant is just a 6-minute walk from Piccadilly Circus Tube Station.

Excellent food and classic service in a timeless and comfortable ambiance. Particularly recommended for business dinners or events where you don't want to be drowned out by clatter from other tables.

The omelette with caviar and the Dover sole were outstanding. Service was very professional. A gem of a restaurant.

Wiltons is a typical British restaurant with the food you would expect going there. Service is excellent! Food is of high quality. The only aspect to be criticized by me is the price politics. The menu cost £30-35 this is reasonable. But you are offered potato or vegetable and you only get to know that this has to be paid extra, when you get the bill. Cheapest-but really good- white wine is --£50. If this is ok for you, go there for the atmosphere and the service.
