With floor-to-ceiling windows looking out on its idyllic riverside setting at Teddington Lock, The Wharf Teddington is a sleek, tranquil setting for modern British dishes, afternoon tea, or cocktails and live jazz.

A whole manner of British recipes feature on The Wharf Teddington menu, such as pot roast shank of lamb with savoy cabbage and root mash, London Pride battered cod and chips, as well as an enticing grill selection of premium steaks. There are Sunday roasts served, and the riverside setting makes this a popular spot for afternoon tea, with a range of homemade cakes on offer.

Desserts at The Wharf London are filled with classic flavours, including bitter chocolate tart with salted caramel ice cream, and apple and apricot crumble. The Wharf Teddington bar has a dramatic split level ceiling, and serves up cocktails, an extensive wine list, and even hosts live jazz evenings.

One of the best riverside dining destinations in London, The Wharf Teddington is a 13-minute walk from Teddington Rail Station.

The food was amazing and they really made a special occasion for my partners birthday. Definitely made her birthday weekend. Would definitely return when next down there!

Comfortable, peaceful ambience on a Tuesday evening. Lovely space overlooking the river. Best feature is restaurant location and ambience. Disappointed with the damp and obviously worn WC finishes, which clearly needs updating to match the level of the restaurant interior standard. Food was delicious. Service was a wee bit too persistent and a rather annoying at times during intimate conversation. Starters were over-priced for content, but food was fresh.

The food was good as was the price but there was no atmosphere. There was probably about 10 other people in the restaurant when we sat down at 7.30 and by nine we were the only people left with the waiters packing away chairs around us.

I have been to the wharf many times and had such a good time. However last night (weds 29/03/17) was so disappointing. On arrival we were told that we could sit wherever we wanted but when I suggested the table by window the waiter said 'oh the large table, not sure'. We did sit there but the man (waiter??) was obviously not happy. I ordered fish and chips. My friend ordered steak. We waited over an hour!! During which time we were asked 'and who is having the fish pie??' We said no one was having he fish pie. More delay. Then we were kept being told our meal would arrive Amy minute ........which it didn't. After over an hour the meal was good but so disappointed with service.
Then when we left there was no-one there to say goodnight or even thank us. The ok r was deserted.
I will definitely think twice about coming here again which is such a shame as have enjoyed so many evenings here in the past.

Another great meal at The Wharf, thank you. We are always impressed by your attentive service, and tasty dishes. Even on a busy day like Mother's Day everything was as slick as usual.
