LOVE this place; amazing vibe, great service and amazing food

Friendly and vibrant atmosphere. We had to wait sometime for another diner to arrive, however at no point were we made to feel rushed to order. The service was attentive and in harmony with our mood. The meal was first rate, the standout dishes being the warm rabbit salad [the memory makes me salivate] and a chilled beetroot soup which my quests found equally captivating. I also loved the delicately flavoured roasted skin of the plaice yum yum.

Friendly staff, very good wine list. We sat outside as it was a nice evening and the gnocchi was particularly delicious.

Relaxed atmosphere. Staff friendly, informative and not pushy, giving you the time you want between courses.
Great choice of wines. Food lovely.

Nothing special. Terribly noisy - lacking the sophistication that the name might suggest. Just a pub with extended wine list. The cold cuts were good though and so was the bread. The bavette steak was chewy but they did have an excellent selection of wines - as expected. The service was impersonal, just get the waiter to bring us another bottle of wine required everyone at the table waving their arms - to no avail. It's one of these places where you get the feeling the staff wish they were somewhere else.

The atmosphere was lovely and perfect for our evening. The wine was great and food was tasty (although the bavette steak was cooked perfectly it was a bit chewy so I wouldn't order that again but it wouldn't put me off coming back)

Usually a favourite, however this time was average. Pork was a bit dry.
