We ate in the cafe bar which is always busy and popular. We went a la carte, despite the tempting brunch offer they had on, and we were not disappointed. Food service can be slow, but staff are always eager to please, so it's never an issue.

Great place. Food was amazing, they kept the prosecco bottomless and let us take our time. great atmosphere and great value. Will definitely go back.

Thoroughly enjoyed our prosecco brunch last sunday. The food was delicious and plentiful - firstly offered a fresh croissant / danish and fresh orange juice; for our mains we chose the poached eggs with spinach and avocado on sourdough and the full English - both were delicious and obviously freshly prepared. Managed to find some room for the cake, but we were offered a takeaway option if we were too full which was a nice touch. I had read some reviews commenting on adequate service, especially around the free flowing prosecco; but we didn't find this to be the case. Our fist glass was delivered almost immediately after we sat down and was promptly topped up throughout the two hour slot and our glasses did not get empty throughout the meal. There was no rush for us to leave the table and I would really recommend this.

Service was extremely slow and the staff inattentive, despite the fact that the restaurant was fairly empty. I also resent the fact that a service charge of 12% was automatically included in the bill rather than leaving it to the customer's discretion. Yes, I could have challenged it but didn't want to embarrass my guests.
