Great venue for a birthday party - with a quieter, but still intimate, café area at the front. Fairly pricey food, but worth the money. Great selection of wines.

The staff were very welcoming and waited patienty for out party to arrive.
Service was exemplery and matched the quality and presentation of the afternoon tes, which was a rare Saturday event for us. Expectations were exceeded.

The afternoon was lovely and the portions were good. The free glass of champagne was a lovely addition. My only negative is we had booked in advance and according to the website afternoon tea was to be in the Red Room but we ended up having it in the main area which was nice but quite loud and busy. It would have been nice to have the tea where the website said it would be. The staff was nice and friendly. Overall a lovely experience.

Interesting food with good service. Prawn, avocado, and chorizo salad a bit too chilli for me. All the rest good.

The third time I've been to Villandry, and it was fantastic once again! We over-ordered on the starters, and the staff were happy toilet us pause for a while before bringing our mains. Fantastic friendly staff and great atmosphere.

We dined on the 'Weekend Prosecco Brunch' offer which was great, although upon our arrival we were told that there wasn't a reservation for us, despite booking over a month and a half ago!!
However, we were given a table - luckily!!
The staff were nice and did top up our glasses with Prosecco most of the time without a wait, although a larger party did seem to get slightly more attention with this. Our Bruch was very nicely done.
No tea/coffee was offered even though it was part of the offer.
Overall though very positive and would like to return.

Second time I've been to the Villandry for brunch and both experiences were lovely. The food and drink is delicious and the staff are very friendly and attentive. The restaurant has a great atmosphere and at £30 per person for unlimited prosecco it's good value too.
