Excellent value unlimited Prosecco brunch, more food than I expected, pastry, main brunch dish and a choice of cake. The staff were lovely and friendly, very attentive. The brunch dishes were a good size, I had the leek and sweet potato dish and it was yummy. My friends enjoyed their eggs benedicts.

Service was extremely slow and the staff inattentive, despite the fact that the restaurant was fairly empty. I also resent the fact that a service charge of 12% was automatically included in the bill rather than leaving it to the customer's discretion. Yes, I could have challenged it but didn't want to embarrass my guests.

We booked a table for a school reunion with people coming from all over the world. We changed the booking time twice because of arrival issues, but we were very happy with the service and meal. It was excellent and the prosecco kept coming!

Good service and always very good food for not silly prices. My 'go to' restaurant in London. Also make a mean vodka martini.

We had afternoon tea for two. This was my 1st visit to Villandry. Initially unsure exactly which room the booking was for, the restaurant has 3 separate dining rooms with no clear direction or explanation signs for each. We were directed incorrectly twice by staff before finally shown our table. The restaurants were very noisy - lots of hen like parties. This was unexpected and it was difficult talking over the noise. We sat nearest to the bar area which thankfully was slightly less noisy. We ordered 2 x glasses of prosecco while we waited for our table. Once our waitress introduced herself - no name was given - she explained the service, sandwiches, scones, cakes, tea and a glass of champagne. All presented on a lovely cake stand. However the champagne should have been given to us on arrival instead of us buying the prosecco. The food presentation was lovely and tasty to eat. Tea was served in individual pots which was nice I had Earl Grey. The prosecco was smoother than the champagne, it required fresh orange juice to soften the sharpness. Although the ambience was noisy my friend and I had an enjoyable afternoon. Overall good value for money and would recommend for hen parties and girly afternoons!

Great value afternoon tea. An affordable treat - even if the restaurant was very noisy on a sunny Saturday afternoon

We had requested a table outside in the online booking when we arrived we were offered a table inside but this was resolved quickly and we were seated outside as per our request. We had the Prosecco and Taster dishes X 3 the food was freshly and promptly prepared and our waiter was friendly and attentive. All in all a very enjoyable evening look forward to repeating soon - English weather permitting.

Lovely setting, a good vibe, lots of girly groups giving the place a good energy. The first 30 minutes were a shambles. No one to receive us or sit us down, no service at all in the first 15 after we were sat down. I was nervous... Finally, a waiter came round and took charge, offered us a coffee and got the prosecco going. Refills were poor and we had to put our hands up for a refill. Look, overall, it was average. Food portions were noticeably smaller and not in any way special. I would not go back and the experience is already forgot.
