Food really good, but music too loud. Asked the waiter if would be possible to turn the music down so we could talk to one another & he said yes no problem. But the minute we'd fin our main course another member of staff came & turned it up so loud it was deafening. So we chose not to stay for dessert!

We visited Bar V on New Years' eve, they had live musicians singing & playing during dinner which created a nice atmosphere. We ate from the NYE special menu, three courses & a glass of sparkling wine, a good choice of dishes to cater for a tastes. Tables cleared after dinner to make space for dancing with a mix of Latin music, salsa, bachata, merengue etc. Excellent firework display at midnight, followed by more dancing until 2am. All this for £25 per person, great value.

I am extremely unhappy about yesterday outing ! I wish you were not only robots there... Does it make sence writing you back? Let us see! I was going far away leaving young kids at home just because you had latin party there and found it deserted and just discoved you have them on Sunday 19-22! Well I might have come back to you only out of my respect to my Cuban niece who I miss a lot and if you pay the dance class because taxi there and back already cost me 50 pounds!!!! Sorry for my unhappiness on my mom's birthday...

So disappointed. Went there with two friends and my grandson. Whilst their meals were ok, I chose the mussels as a main course and when they came they were tough and unpleasant. I asked for them to be re-done and when they came back even the waiter had to admit that that were stone cold. It seems that they were either frozen or deep chilled. All of them were freezing cold. It was too late by then for me to have something to eat with my friends, so I had mp nothing as they had virtually finished. The waitress then came over and said that I would not be charged for the mussels. I said I should hope not as I couldn't eat them ! They magnanimously gave me a complementary coffee, but it didn't go any way to make up for the fact that I had had no meal. Would I go there again? Oh no. Would you if that had happened to you?

We weren't a walk in - we had booked a table. Not good enough

Live music was good. Service was good. Disappointed that the menu was fairly limited. Food we had was fine. The restaurant was a lot smaller than it looks on their website and not as plush!
