Service was good. Food was so-so. Vegetarian antipasti was surprisingly bland and the pizza crust was pretty soggy. The carbonara was excellent however. The most expensive red wine by the glass (a chianti) was pretty ropey and served too warm. There is much better, more authentic Italian (not chains) available in Chiswick that also offer better value for money.

The service was excellent, but the quality of the food was disappointing: it has declined since my last visit.

The restaurant has pleasant decor and ambience. The young staff were nice and responsive but appeared untrained so we had to twice get up and find someone to attend to our table even though the restaurant was not busy. One starter was sent back because it was cold. The mains were served on cold plates so my pasta went cold very quickly. The pizza was burnt. A real shame as could be a good restaurant and clearly a management issue.

This was my second time, but entirely different experience from the first one.
We ordered polenta as starter, and pizzas. The polenta was nothing like the first time, it was tasteless... and the pizza (buffalina) was odd, as the mozzarella as cold and releasing some milk like juice that spoiled the pizza...
The service as again recognizable. I guess that's because it was a Wednesday perhaps?

Lovely place and we really enjoyed the experience, wonderful food, well presented and felt very genuine, everything we ordered was spot on as described and well served, also bought items from the shop as it was so good, cant wait to go back !

Food is delicious but personally a little salty for my taste. Choosing what to eat though is always conundrum. Service is excellent and child friendly (changing facilities available).

Had a fab time. Anti pasta table was fresh, varied and regularly topped up. Pizza and pasta was delicious and the prosecco flowed throughtout as per the special offer. And the service was brill too.
