Fabulous food with a variety menu to choose from in a relaxed atmosphere. The staff were very accommodating, my only qualm was that they were a little slow in taking the order. On the whole we all had an enjoyable evening and will definitely be returning.

To start off with the restaurant was absolutely stunning, just beautiful, a nice grand fireplace at the corner, exquisitely decorated, beautiful grand seating, you come in and immediately impressed by the aesthetics of the restaurant. You are at ease the moment you are seated and the mood is elegant but relaxed. The service was ok, we did arrive quite late so presume they were a bit rushed for closing. They were still helpful and friendly albeit not very attentive and we did have to actively seek their attention a number of times when ordering. The food in my opinion was the only thing that really let the restaurant down, this could have been down to the selection given on their £25 3 course menu, which is a fantastic deal in terms of value for money, however the options were a bit bland and predictable. I ordered the salad for starter, chicken for main and Brulee for dessert. None of which blew me away but was not bad at all, I just felt the menu did not suit the calibre of the establishment. That being said the ala carte menu could have been a winner and the new menu on offer for the Christmas period does sound much more adventurous. I would recommend regardless although I strongly suggest a review of the £25 offer menu I had in November is done as although great value could be much tastier.

The service was average, at best. The waiter, was overworked, and overstretched, he seem to be the only one giving service to the diners that were present in the restaurant; Often leaving us unattended for long periods of time, and waiting for requests long since placed, and not fulfilled.

The restaurant itself, is just average, although the surroundings and the setting are absolutely breathtaking; nothing overwhelmingly good
stood out with regards to the service, It could do with a little bit of polish!

The food, was also average, very simply plated food, with no extra pizzazz, or even side dishes to accompany the main courses, which you would
usually expect to be offered, given that the plated food itself was fairly meagre.

Bearing in mind, this was a set meal deal menu, perhaps the à la cart menu had a better variety than the meal deal set menu?

If I were to recommend this restaurant to a friend, I would perhaps tell them to avoid the meal deals and to go with the à la cart menu.

Booked here as local to work and was en route to The O2. Seated quickly. (Fixed) Menu was on table already. 15 mins before anyone came by to ask me if I wanted anything, or offer a drinks menu which I had to ask for. Asked about bread as nothing offered, and then wasn't told it's chargeable (really?). Mushroom millefeuille was delicious; cod was okay but not amazing; crème brulee was a little large so unfinished. Glass of wine was not charged for to make up for poor service.

Arrived at the Landmark Hotel to a very busy restaurant - almost like an old fasdhioned 'mens smokling club' type of atmosphere with many people sitting at tables close to the bar.

The staff are very welcoming and polite but we had to wait over 1.5 hours to receive our main dish and despite having to complain about the delay, 3 of the 6 dishes were served up stone cold - not even warm.
