The second Two Fat Ladies restaurant to open in Glasgow, this City Centre location has been a favourite for fish and seafood since opening in 2005. This bright and airy restaurant has an underwater theme, with intricate metalwork on the windows, and waved architecture. The menu is filled with beautifully fresh options, such as daily-changing fish platters, and whole Cornish sole.

Food was first class. House white wine also nice. Staff seemed rushed and we had probably worst seat (makeshift under opening into kitchen) others seemed to get our table after moving from this table. Quite prices but you know that before booking so no complaints.

Great food. Service was a little slow to start with but I think it was because everyone seemed to arrive at once.

Food v good. Restaurant atmosphere terrible. Too small and claustrophobic .
GET RID OF THE MIRRORS WHICH MAKE IT MUCH MUCH WORSE

    Very enjoyable. Seafood is excellent.

The restaurant feels dirty and is dirty. I pulled my table out from the wall and it look as it hasn't been cleaned under in years. The places smells of fish, and even though it is mainly a fish restaurant, it shouldn't smell so heavily of fish. The bread basket that was presented to us looked like it was the leftovers, all jumbled and broken up. We should have left at that point. My husband's prawns were small and mushy, my mackerel starter was fine. The entrees of sole and trout were fine as well and the cheese plate adequate. The service isn't the best, but not the worst either. It's a small place, and tight inside, not so comfortable. We were disspaointed, sadly.

First visit. Will definitely be back. Beautifully presented food.
Shared the platter of desserts. Amazing. Best we have ever had.

Excellent food (we ate off the fixed price Lunch menu) and efficient service. We also enjoyed the House wine, an acceptable South African Sauvignon Blanc. We possibly overstayed our welcome, but despite being the last to leave, the staff remained pleasant and cheerful.
