Overlooking the pristine yachts moored in central London’s only marina, Tom’s Kitchen St Katharine Docks offers artisan British cuisine from celebrated chef, Tom Aikens. Outdoor tables are positioned waterside, while a partially open kitchen indoors offers views of the chefs in action.

Sourcing the very best of the season’s produce, the Tom’s Kitchen menu features sharing boards and a diverse list of mains, plus a grill section filled with meats from the Lake District. Sample Tom Aikens restaurant favourites like poached monkfish with escabeche, saffron sauce and a herb crust, or loin of Cornish venison with red wine poached pears, braised leg croquette, beetroot gratin and beetroot puree. For dessert, indulgences include chocolate and peanut butter fondant with vanilla ice cream, or a sharing sticky toffee pudding, and the drinks list showcases an impressive stock of cocktails, local craft beers and wines.

Brunch at Tom’s Kitchen in London features gourmet twists, with signature dishes including seasonal berry pancakes, truffle eggs Benedict or Tom’s namesake full English. A varied kids’ menu is also on offer, served at breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Tom’s Kitchen St Katharine Docks also offers a range of areas that are available for private and semi-private hire, in addition to exclusive hire of the restaurant and deli.

Set in a tranquil pocket of London, find Tom’s Kitchen St Katharine Docks just 5 minutes’ walk from Tower Hill Tube Station.

When we entered the restaurant we were greeted by a very friendly front of house hostess. All the other staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It was a lovely atmosphere in the restaurant, we had a three course meal with tea afterwards at a very enjoyable pace as opposed to being rushed. Our table was near the window so had a magnificent view of St. Katharine dock.

Delicious meal with excellent service value for money if you have the 3 course set menu with a free prosecco

Very limited choices on the fixed price menu. I had chicken sweetcorn soup as the starter. Very ordinary, was probably micwaved. Fish and chips for the main. The fish was below par and rather greasy. The peas were very poor, again must have been microwaved. Chips were good. Desert was acceptable, Rhubarb fool.

    Absolutely spot on
Atmosphere and Ambiance is only matched by the service
The food however - well that's in a different league- They have a specific Gluten Freen menu- a rare thing, most restaurants just remark things or have exclusions on their standard, but this was like eating in a GF restaurant - great variety

    Highly recommend

Excellent food and very friendly service. Was quieter than we expected on a Thur evening but was good ambience. We had the £25 3-course menu and had an extra platter of seafood - was some of best cooked squid have had (not rubbery).
