Enjoyable meal as usual. Unfortunately, four of us had to return our drinks to the bar. Two lemonades and two lager shandies were ordered, but instead of lemonades we received tonic water, and tonic water were in the shandies. One of our party had beef, and thought it was very fatty. Blueberry cheesecake was excellent, washed down with a free cup of coffee. Two were ordered.

Had to wait loads at the food counter whilst they kept changing the food, plus no gammon, but otherwise ok

Eaten here regularly and experience varies hugely. Yesterday was overall good dispite late seating. Food was good and service was excellent.

We arrived at 1.40 for our table booking at 1.45 ,we eventually sat down at 2.15 . It all appeared some what chaotic with any many people waiting for tables in a very confined area . Not at all conducive to a pleasant dining experience . When we did eventually sit down our waitress was very apologetic and service from her was good . Food ok'ish

We have been coming to the carvery for about 10 years but this time the vegetables were very hard and there was no green vegetables the meat was it's usual good standard

Some of the chefs are quite sparse with the meat. The quality of the food is good we attend every week. I always have beef which is usually cooked to my liking. I realise lamb is more expensive than beef & pork. I would be happy to pay extra for lamb. We rarely eat starters but do enjoy the sweets. Selection of gravy etc is good always hot.
