Very helpful and well-mannered waiting staff. New layout acceptable but still have tiny cubicles for female toilets with doors opening inwards so that one has to squeeze alongside the toilet bowl to get access to the cubicle and enable closing the door! Most uncomfortable and not very hygienic to rub one's clothing alongside a toilet prior to using it! Also, had to ask two different members of staff for toilet rolls (approximate time of request 14.15 - busiest time of the day) because not one of the cubicles in the female toilets had any paper whatsoever - not even newspaper from the previous day ...... Someone needs to ensure the establishment 'cleaners' are more efficient. At the point of queuing for our meals, there were 5 individuals waiting for service and not one member of staff behind the servery!! I think some 'fine tweaking' is in order but luckily the saving was the food; excellent - better than ever in the past, with some new additions (carrot and potato mix and red cabbage) which saved the day!

Table for 5 booked for 3:15 on Sunday
Waited 45 minutes to be shown to a table for 4.
A chair was stuffed on the end.
We were stuffed in a corner very very tight squeeze.
Meat sliced so thin you could see through it.
No crispy potatoes but Luke warm soggy lumps.
