Service and food all great and was a shame place was surprisingly empty on a Friday night. Bit annoying couldn't enjoy an after dinner coffee after the meal as machine broken. Over all good evening.

Lovely food. Good and fresh. Good service. Unfortunately had to queue for 45 mins for the carvery!!! This was evident for about 2 hours. What was more concerning was the fact that people in the bar were allowed to jump the queue in place of people who had booked a table in the dining room . Therefore what was the point of us booking a table?? Very poor

    Service and food was good

Unfortunately, our bottle of white wine had not been chilled and had only just been put in a cooler. The spoons had been left in each veg dish and had become too hot to handle as no plates had been put out to place them in. The carvery meal itself was very good.

Terrible long wait (25mins) to get the carvery. Was told by manager that kitchen was short staffed, so the only had one person carving meat. Couple of our guests refused to wait that long for thier meal so didn't bother to eat. Ruined whole meal. One the plus side food was really nice, unacceptable to wait that long though even on a Sunday
