Food presentation was poor today, lumpy gravy, very undercooked swede that someone had tried mashing and failed so just left it with large hard lumps of swede and the bread sauce looked very unappetising too. Meat was also cut paper thin and not enough of it, has there been a decision to reduce the amount served? Also we had treacle sponge pudding and custard, the custard was warm and the sponge pudding had not been heated. I was disappointed as we regularly use this carvery but had I come for the first time I would not have come back.
