An inviting London pub with al fresco seating underneath the trees, Toby Carvery Crown sits on the edge of Bromley Common. Inside, diners are treated to a succulent selection of carvery treats, with all the trimmings.

Featuring classic British roasts every day of the week, the Toby Carvery menu is renowned for its crowd-pleasing selection. Choose from juicy, slow-cooked meats, seasonal vegetables and hand-ruffled potatoes (with each one checked to make sure it’s gorgeously crispy). Tempting alternatives at this Toby Carvery in Bromley include allotment pie, and salmon with coriander and lime, while a varied vegetarian range includes the broccoli & brie parcel.

Old-school puddings are always on offer at Toby Carvery pubs, with famous signature crumbles served alongside chocolate & cherry torte, and baked vanilla cheesecake. The drinks list features beers, ciders, wines and soft drinks, and full-works, all-you-can-eat breakfasts are served each day.

A relaxing eatery that's perfect for families thanks to its children's menus, Toby Carvery Crown is a 5-minute drive from Bickley Rail Station.

In general the meal was good, the veg were fresh and well cooked , the meat was tender and juicy. However, I felt the service was a little slow and unprofessional. The dessert menu stated 'creme brûlée' but we were told that it was discontinued, whe. We queried why it was still on the menu, the waiter treated it as rather a joke, saying he couldn't alter 5000 menus! I had asked for custard and got melting vanilla ice cream with my treacle sponge. We had to wait quite a while for the desserts and coffee. We will come back as we thought the meal was value for money.

Food good, table ok,although a bit grubby, with paper and menus on the floor.waitress wasn't very friendly, seemed rushed and not very interested.que was very long but that's to be expected but spilt food on floor and the condiments were spilt on top and all over floor seemed dangerous. Had to ask for knives and forks.
