It was a lovely space with the restaurant to the right of the bar. It was not very busy when we went, around 6pm on a Wednesday. There were 4 staff, yet were very slow in taking our order. When our drinks and food order was taken, there was a long wait before it arrived. I wanted to order the Cod loin but was told they have run out but the Salmon dish I did order wasn't exactly wow. It was average which was disappointing. When we had cleared our food, there was no attempt in taking our plates away even though it's been sitting empty for 15 minutes. We then decided to have dessert but it took a long time to get the menu and then even longer time in placing the order. We had ordered the chocolate brownie and sticky toffee pudding. The chocolate brownie was very rich but 2 portions is a bit too much, I felt a bit sickly afterwards. Whilst my friend found her sticky toffee pudding not 'sticky' at all but very dry! Overall I'm glad it was 50% off with the Tastecard as I would have been disappointed to pay full price. The bill came to £40 including bills and tastecard discount for 3 people. I wouldn't recommend it unfortunately.

Food was good as was the speed of service. However found waitress very abrupt. Not very pleasant to deal with. Felt as a tastecard customer got second best service.

Service was a little slow, even for the bill. The food was nice but nothing extraordinary.

The service and good was excellent. Steaks highly recommended and the happy hour cocktails are a must. The only let down was the cleanliness of the toilets but this was reported and dealt with.

The music was far too loud and I normally love loud music but this was ridiculous. The glasses were plastic and although the food was fine, I fact the burger was great, the view from the window was a load of teenagers in the smoking area kissing and groping each other. Everyone in the club area looked about twelve although I'm sure they were of drinking age as ID was thoroughly checked by a surly bouncer on the way in. This is not the place to go for a romantic dinner as the waitress reached over our food and removed the flower from our table. Very strange. Tiger Tiger are obviously trying to be a club and restaurant at the same time but it doesn't work especially when the club seemed to be starting at 8 pm and was in full swing by 9 pm
