4 of us had a meal before the theatre. Very good service & 3 of us had lovely meals. Only my husband was not happy with his rump steak. Every else fine. Definitely will go back

The food was excellent and the staff were happy to accept the tastecard. Overall a very good experience.

There were four of us and we all had different meals and we all enjoyed them. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Sadly the ribs and prawns were not available from the menu which cut down the choice especially with the prawns. The only downside with the food we had was the chilli coleslaw was not chilli coleslaw, just normal coleslaw with sliced mild chillies and not heat, but that aside, excellent value, especially if you have a tastecard and go when the drinks are half price (selected choice but a good choice) and we would return.

The restaurant started well, however after a long wait for the mains we enquired whether there was a problem. The answer was that the gas had been shut off and therefore the kitchen was not cooking anything for at least 45 mins. We in the end decided to go elsewhere because there were no gurantees of the kitchen coming back on line. We did get out drinks and snacks for free as way of apology.

I went for a pre theatre lunch with my lovely mother in law. I booked ahead of time onlline and managed to procure a deal of 50% off the total food bill. Menu was interesting with a reasonable amount of different choices. I had the salmon with black rice with a watercresss and tomato salad, which was very nice - bearing in mind I never eat salmon! The fish was cooked perfectly, there was enough for the money,. I also ordered some garlic bread with stripy cheese, which was lovely. My mother in law had the tiger tower with fries, which is one of those gourmet burgers that contained burger, chicken, onion rings salad etc which required a knife and fork plus fingers to eat! The burger was very meaty (I tried some), plenty of it and very tasty. The service was very good indeed. Made you feel you were having a treat, polite, attentive, happy and forseeing your needs before you needed to ask (ie a dropped serviette was replaced immediately). Food was served in a timely fashion and the price at the end with drinks included after having 50% off the FOOD BILL only was also a lovely treat (£30 in total).

We have eaten at this restaurant before and dinner been fine, not this time though. Food arrived 5 minutes after ordering, ribs cold and tasteless, chicken tostada not much better. Service was fine but food was awful.

Good location with reasonable food & service. Happy Hour drinks offers. Only thing I didn't like was the automatic addition of a service charge. If I want to tip I will - if the service is poor (which it wasn't) I don't.

The location on Haymarket was ideal, the staff were pleasant and the price was excellent. However, the restaurant wants to be more upmarket than it is. The restaurant is an average place with average food. The waitress seemed somewhat ridiculous (not her fault) serving the food and pouring the wine as if it was silver service when the wine is actually being poured into a badly scuffed and chipped PLASTIC glass. It also seemed to be a favourite with hen parties and birthday parties. We had booked with a tastecard and they also have a deal for 50% off of the wine and cocktails, so we certainly can't complain about the price but probably wouldn't go there again. If you want cheap, cheerful and noisy pretending to be posh then this is the place to go.
