I had afternoon tea with my family at Tiger Green Brasserie and it was a lovely experience from the moment we entered till the time we left. The service was perfect and staff very welcoming.

lovely to go for afternoon tea where the tea is the star of the show. Ten different styles are produced in a tea box - and if you like , you can try to work your way through all of them. It appears in an ingenious tea pot complete with colour coded egg times so your brew is " just so " . Delightful service , food is good , excellent value

We had a really excellent meal and the service was both professional and friendly from the moment we entered the restaurant. We paid £63 in advance and left a £10 tip and for that we had three delicious courses and a glass of wine. We thought it was very good value for money, especially bearing in mind the location.

The food was good, standard afternoon tea fare however the service was awful. After being shown to our table by the courteous hostess the service disappeared. Our waiter was disinterested in our table. He treated our request to sample a few different teas with bewilderment although the hostess had earlier encouraged us to try as many teas as we wished during the afternoon tea. After receiving our first small pot to share before the food arrived we didn't receive another pot until after making numerous attempts to attract his attention. The conservatory section, where we were seated, was less than half full. When the tea did arrive we had almost finished eating and it was not the tea we had ordered.
Overall it was a very disappointing experience. Not one we would expect from a Hilton hotel. We will not return and would not recommend.

the food was amazing couldnt fault it
however the service was appalling the staff picked who they made a fuss of and who they ignored, forgot and rushed passed
as Hilton honor members we were very dissappointed we have never seen such behaviour from Hilton staff who were so obviously
looking after who they thought would be the big tippers, because of this we would not recommend Hilton Green Park

Excellent starter and main. Dessert lacked lustre. Lack of ambience. Service was run of the mill, devoid of warmth and character; not what one would expect of this sort of establishment.
