The meal was superb again and pretty much faultless. We had some Dutch visitors with us who thought that the quality of the cooking was as good as anything they had experienced anywhere and they have been just about everywhere!

Three visits here, definitely more to come. Tasting menu and 'lunch du jour' (x2) sampled. Each time the staff provided a warm, friendly and efficient service and the food was of a very high standard, both well presented and tasty. All round, from drinks, through food to coffee and petit fours, a very enjoyable experience, thank you.

Delicious, very good value for money - fabulous pork belly followed by a duo of cheeses; pan-fried smoked haddock and succulent sticky toffee pudding for my fellow diners. Extra bread needed to mop up the Nero sauce and jus!

Really yummy food, it's a bit more glamorous than pub grub. But still has got that nice laid back atmosphere inside.
