A fabulous evening. Restaurant was spotlessly clean. Great food, relaxed atmosphere with good music. Staff very attentive and knowledgeable. Love the new restaurant manager. Will be back soon.

My fellow diner and I enjoyed the meal and the service, a nice young waitress, Rumanian I believe. As always my meal was too large. Why on earth do restaurants keep serving large buns with burgers, and chips too.

Excellent location. Well cooked food--steak cooked as per order--& helpful service. Duck Bon Bons very good.

Drinks on terrace with a great ambience. The two Kirs we had were somewhat overpowering as too much Cassis was used. Also somewhat expensive as the shots of Kir which should only be a minimum quantity were expensive.
WIne we ordered arrived as an incorrect bottle - we had ordered the NZ Roze but an Italian one was opened and tasted before I realised it was the wrong bottle! Waitress changed the bottle with very good service.
Food was excellent. Ham Hock for me and Brie for my wife, and Lamb for main courses.
All in all a good time was had by both of us, and it was greatly appreciated that a small desert was offered in view of the fact it was our 42nd wedding anniversary.
We have been a number of times before and the food is always good.

Burger tasted off. Couldn't eat it. Waiters had no coordination. Different waiters taking same drinks orders. Asked for water never arrived. Waitress spilt beer all down my guest . Kids running in and out of restaurant leaving doors wide open. Rest of food average. Dreadful experience never to be repeated. Place has a very weird ambience. Like it's been open a day and they are ironing out problems . Shame could be a lot better. 60 quid wasted
