Set underneath a breathtaking glass ceiling, The Wallace Restaurant sits inside the Wallace Collection Gallery. With sculptures and trees throughout, the restaurant serves a range of contemporary dishes, and premium afternoon teas.

Befitting its gallery location, The Wallace Restaurant menu features stunningly presented European dishes. Light starters include venison and pheasant terrine with celeriac rémoulade, while mains feature recipes like pan-roasted lemon sole, shrimp and caper butter with purple sprouting broccoli. The dessert menu showcases simple, classic flavours, like chocolate fondant with pistachio ice cream.

Afternoon tea at The Wallace Restaurant Marylebone boasts a range of premium teas, such as Formosa finest oolong, lapsang souchong, and several herbal infusions. There are a selection of finger sandwiches, fresh scones with clotted cream and Peyton and Byrne preserves, and other sweet treats.

Attracting scores of visitors with its stunning setting, The Wallace Restaurant London is only 8 minutes' walk from Bond Street Tube Station.

We have had afternoon tea and also dined here before. The cafe & restaurant are not separated, and they have actually swapped the two areas over since I was last here. The ambience, in the high glass-ceiling courtyard restaurant, is excellent. The afternoon tea selection of finger sandwiches, scone with jam & cream, & mini cakes, was very good. The selection of hot teas was ideal. The service was inadequate - they forgot one of our drinks from the bar; they didn't provide one of us with the glass of water; and they didn't provide another of us with a cup to drink our tea! One of us even had one less mini cake on our tray! We enjoyed the experience but they didn't deserve the 12.5% service charge which was added automatically. Perhaps I should have complained, but if the restaurant supports the funding of the Wallace museum then I'm happy to oblige.

Good, tasty food in light filled atrium. Good value. Slightly scatty service, but overall good and would revisit.

It was good as usual. Nice atmosphere and tasty food. One thing: the menu (as printed on the paper) could benefit a slighter resolution, with that I mean, as an example, that the price for just having tea and scones could not be read from the menu.
Nevertheless, we enjoyed our visit very much and certainly want to get back during future travels to London

It was excellent. I requsted a vegetarian afternoon tea for myself an cimpanion. Hers was a bigger appetite than mine so could not eat everything but we both felt truly pampered. If therehad been facilities to stay overnight i think we would have done so.
    Felt totally relaxed!!!

Friends from Australia were keen to visit the Wallace Collection, so we arranged to meet there for lunch before visiting the galleries. It was convenient for the three of us.
