We booked the London Festival restaurant meal for[$] - 2 courses, only to arrive and be given the normal Sunday roast menu [$]. We queried it with staff and they checked and said they were not offering the deal. We had to ask again, reiterating that we were booked on a deal, showing the confirmation on my phone and waiter queried with management, who then allowed us to order from the normal menu at the [$] price, although waiter didn't speak very good english, so we struggled to understand what they were offering. There was only one waiter for the whole restaurant, so we found service pretty slow aswell. Food was nice, although not worth the full price and a very heavy meal, considering its more of a fine dining ambience.
