Lunch as such is a bargain. You should skip the drink(s). Coffee tends to be pricey.

Excellent service and excellent food. The best dinner I ever have in London.

Great food! The goats cheese starter was delicious and delicately presented, as was the perfectly cooked lamb main and exquisite pear tart with the cheeky ginger ice cream. But the restaurant has no atmosphere and needs something to brighten it up, as it is a bit dreary. It's a shame as the food was excellent and I would also like to praise the waiting staff. But it was quite forgettable and I probably would try somewhere else next that has better ambience. Would I recommend - it's difficult as the food is good but the overall experience is lacking and there are other places with better atmosphere combined with great food.

Visited for the first time last night and had the set menu. The vegetable timbale starter was lovely, creamy goats cheese and vegetables. The main of cod was ok, a really nice piece of fish but the prawn rosti was a small square of what tasted like wallpaper paste, not nice at all and the hand cut chips we had as a side were very dry and lukewarm - was a real let-down. Both our desserts made up for the slightly disappointing main course though and the ginger stem ice-cream was great. Overall a great value set menu in a light, bright airy room.

Great food in a relaxed environment, with friendly and attentive staff. Great value on offer with the 'star deal' Wine list, whilst covering the essentials, is a little flimsy.
