(((() Afternoon Tea

Great service and loved the fact that they catered for my gluten intolerance. Very tasty food with amazing surroundings; felt very relaxed. Would definitely come back again for an afternoon tea and maybe even make use of the hotel itself

The Tea Lounge at St Ermins is a timelessly chic setting for luxury afternoon teas. An eclectic range of teas is on offer including classic, children’s and gluten-free options.

The St Ermin’s afternoon tea includes a range of teas alongside sweet and savoury delicacies. Amongst the luxurious sandwiches are smoked salmon and caviar, salt beef and horseradish, and cucumber and cream cheese. Follow this with a choice of freshly baked scones including triple chocolate and gingerbread, all topped off by delectable treats such as chocolate tiffin, peanut butter macaron, and orange posset.

St Ermin’s hotel in London is a fittingly elegant and extravagant location for such indulgence. With ornately textured ceilings, plush seating and traditional wooden furnishings, the Tea Lounge exudes sophistication.

Entered through a tree-lined courtyard, St Ermin’s in Westminster is a 2-minute walk from St James’s Park Tube Station, and a tranquil hideaway a short walk from many major landmarks.

A lovely setting, fantastic staff and delicious food. The staff went out of their way to look after us - including bringing a birthday surprise out for my friend and giving us boxes to take our left overs home in. A little more care could have been taken on the sandwiches - the crusts were only half removed but the cakes were spectacular. Thanks all.

Service reasonable, afternoon tea great value and good. The piped music kept repeating as if stuck, for about 15 minutes drove us crackers.

From arrival at St Ermins to departure we were made to feel very special and more than welcome.

We chose the unlimited Prosecco. afternoon tea, which at £35 per head was worth every penny.

The food was excellent and when we asked that our compliments be passed to the chef were promptly supplied with some additional sandwiches.

The whole experience was first class and I cannot speak highly enough with regards to the standard of service provided by Agnes and Efie.

A truly memorable afternoon which we enjoyed immensely thanks to the hard work of all the St Ermins staff.

    Thank you.

Lovely room, great friendly staff and the food was gorgeous. They kept our glasses topped up constantly too! The only dish that I wasn't too keen on was the gin jelly, it was rather bitter, but saying that, the rest was amazing so in no way marred the experience. It was a little quiet, but it was a Thursday afternoon.

Very good service, although I was not too happy with the waitress having to open the tea pot lid and putting the lid close to her nose to smell the difference of tea
I feel its not very hygienic!!

    Beautiful hotel and garden
Tea room was too warm and no ventillation
Had to wait a bit too long for food
    Staff was nice in general
