Next to the world-famous Roman Baths and medieval Bath Abbey, The Roman Baths Kitchen is a Georgian townhouse that has been lovingly transformed into a contemporary restaurant. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the fresh and seasonal menu offers everything from small plates, to sharing platters and grill favourites.
With views over the neighbouring Bath Abbey, the characterful bistro-style restaurant celebrates the very best of West Country produce. Enjoy classics like beer-battered cod with triple-cooked chips, or slow-roast lamb shoulder with spinach and curried lentils. Elsewhere on the menu, discover the likes of confit duck leg with Lyonnaise potatoes, or hearty steaks and burgers from the grill.
From the bar comes a range of international wines and local beers. With wooden floors and artwork adorning the walls, the restaurant is at once rustic and refined, whilst the large terrace provides the ideal spot for al fresco eating and drinking in warmer weather.
At the heart of historic Bath, find The Roman Baths Kitchen a 6-minute walk from Bath Spa Rail Station.

I had to ring on four seperate times to advise of serious allergies i have, i was just about to cancel the booking when they eventually returned the call.
Having been promised they could accomdate me on the night i felt like a nusiance as they wasnt anything on the menu without tweaking i could have both on the set menu and normal menu.
We waited half an hour for drinks that never turned up by then i cancelled the drinks order and we waited nearly 20 mins after asking for the bill for the bill to arrive....there was only 4 tables in!
Food was very bland with no real favour...all in all ...very disappointing.

Service and friendliness on arrival and departure very good. At first was a little disappointed to be upstairs and a sat in same room as families with younger children but on reflection seats were fine and views of Abbey and Pump Room very good.
