Absolute shambles. When we booked we asked for a table outside. When we arrived, they couldn't have been less helpful. "Have a look and see if there's a table with your name on it". There wasn't of course, and every table was taken. We asked another waitress and she told us to go inside and look for a table with our name on it. Again, nothing, but we did manage to find a table in the window. We quickly realised that it was going to be difficult to order drinks and virtually impossible to order food as it was so busy, so we left. Abysmal service, nice place to have a drink but forget about food here.

We live abroad but were in London for Father's day so I booked a table for 7 Sunday lunchtime. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely table with a view over the Thames. Several of us had the Sunday roast and I asked for my beef to be well done. It arrived perfectly cooked all through, the way I like it. There was one vegetarian and her meal was great too. We liked the place so much that just my husband and myself went back another day when we weren't very hungry but had the mini fish and chips which was just the right size for when you need something but aren't starving. Would definitely return when I am back in London.

I came with a group of about 20 people and we were very well looked after. Food was on time and the service was top class

We booked for 9 people. The service was very slow, and one of the waiters led us to our table and due to one person arriving ten mins later, left us to it - did not even come by to take any orders for drinks until that person arrived. They struggled to understand what we were ordering due to language barrier (We are English) - and the menu on the website was out of date. The food tasted good - but the service was not that good. We were forgotten quite a bit of the time, with whom we thought was the head waiter - trying to get his attention - he looked our way, we waved and he looked at us, but blatently ignored us.

We were really pleased with our visit. It was a very informal lunch and we enjoyed the chilled atmosphere. We all went up to order as and when we fancied it and staff were very helpful.
