Was a lovely dining experience, felt quite special. All staff were attentive friendly and a pleasure to have around. The food mostly was gorgeous. The starters were tiny the mains were small but the puds were normal sized. Without the delicious bread you would not feel full

I like the way how the hotel presenting their services as it's the most impressive and elegant way of having an afternoon tea and dining there. The best dining experience so far! My guest and I had an amazing experience at The Ritz. The service was fabulous- Francesco and Davide were our waiters and they were exceptionally attentive. My only small issue was, I had booked a three course Champagne lunch and hadn't been offered the champagne even when our first course had arrived. Thus I had to ask, which can be rather embarrassing for a guest. However, the mishap was quickly rectified; we received the Champagne with our second course. Even when it came to dessert and I opted against what was on the menu, Francesco asked if I would like fresh fruit and sorbet instead which was very kind and much appreciated. Overall, I had a great afternoon in plush and luxurious surroundings. Thank you :)

Lovely surroundings and very chic ambience
    Great bar with perfect martinis
Perfectly cooked fish, excellent mushroom soup, very nice sweet soufflé , well judged sauces all round
Petit fours a touch dry and oversweet
Service a little mixed and old fashioned - slow to catch attention , a bit suffocating when it arrived - all eye contact with the male of the party !

Overall ... excellent .. however your pianist in the reception area did not know if there was a pianist in the main restaurant ... was rather offish
The pianist in the main restaurant .. did not know Nat King Cole songs ... strange . Surely they must bond more ...
