Restaurant theme was amazing and great for the kids but completely let down by the poor quality of food.

Me and my partner took my daughter and her 2 friends for a treat after going to see a show. The food was very nice and was happy with the service except the 3 children were really looking forward to their drink called Natalie Rosie Cheecks which was delivered in a long thin plastic cup with a Palm tree lid. Unfortunately after our food was delivered we were still waiting for our drinks. After a little while the adults drinks arrived but we were told that there was no more kids drinks containers available as the lids didn't fit the cups that they received. So the girls decided to just have the drinks in a normal glass. After about an hour we ordered more drinks but was then told they had no kids juice left. At 7pm on Saturday night, probably the busiest evening of the week I cannot believe they run out. They did give us our first round of drinks free. Which we were happy about but not so much the kids as this is more of a kids restaurant.

We brought our kids here for a joint 8 and 10 birthday celebration, they loved it. My son especially enjoyed his ribs. Strawberry daiquiri was also amazing. Only negative is the tables are too squashed together.

It is very expensive. Kids meals are double what you would pay in any other restaurant for a comparative menu. So you are essentially paying for the 'experience'. It's not as grand as i expected. A few animatronics and a simulated rainstorm in a dark and claustrophobic atmosphere. Too busy and not enough space to relax. Food was basic. Microwaved pizza slices on kids menu. But kids love it.

Food was really overpriced and restaurant looks a bit dated! Plastic table covers don't help!

It is great fun for kids of course with some moving animals, jungle noises and the odd thunder storm. Reasonable choice of food for kids and adults and good size portions. Sides for kids did not include veg crudites as far as I could see which is a shame. Staff were busy but friendly and food came quickly. I ordered a decaf Americano which was instant! Surrounded by barista coffee bars in the west end I do not see why they can't run to making a proper coffee and I refused to pay the one price for all coffee price! Such a shame. It is Piccadilly so not cheap. We did enjoy our visit overall.
