Had a lovely time. Service was excellent and the food was excellent to although a bit expensive but I suppose you are paying for the animal features.

Step into an exotic jungle at The Rainforest Café restaurant. London’s largest family restaurant serves a huge selection of world cuisine, with a separate kids menu. Stunning rainforest décor includes trees everywhere, fish tanks, and a soundtrack of birdsong and waterfalls.
The Rainforest Café menu is as exciting as the tropical surroundings. Spicy light bites like lava nachos, chicken enchiladas and calamari rings marinated in fresh chilli are served for starters. International cuisine highlights continue on the main menu, including Indonesian-style chicken & glass noodle salad, steak burgers and grilled salmon.
A dedicated kids menu and rich desserts are also served at The Rainforest Café London. Wines, cocktails, fresh juices and smoothies as well as coffees and teas offer refreshment for any meal or group.
Kids and adults alike will be captivated by The Rainforest Café restaurant at Picadilly Circus. It is less than a 1-minute walk from Picadilly Circus Tube Station.
Please contact The Rainforest Cafe in advance to arrange any accessibility requirements, as for safety reasons, no more than 2 wheelchair users are accepted into the building at one time. Wheelchair users will be assisted by a member of The Rainforest Cafe’s team to London Trocadero’s wheelchair access area, which involves leaving the building and is 2 minutes away. We had an amazing first trip. The food was yum with plenty variety for various taste buds. We only had 10 minute wait while the children got face painting done.
The exuberant staff looked after us through out with a smile on their face. They celebrated birthdays cheerfully. The decor and forest sounds were a huge hit for all ages.We will sure be planning a visit soon.

Food was excellent. Couldn't finish it though. Waitress was very friendly and atmosphere was great. Drinks a little pricey but being on London expected. A fantastic overall experience

The atmosphere is fantastic.
The crispy chicken and dip is lovely
The only thing I didn't like it that the service charge was very high and that it didn't go to your server as the one is orlando did when I visited (may have changed now)

We really like the atmosphere of the restaurant, that was amazing, my children were very impressed :)
The only little minus is the food that was not extraordinary, but we were not looking for a michelin restaurant neither ;)

We were a family of 2 adults and 2 children. We pre-booked a table 2 weeks before as it was half term and we knew it would be busy. As we left the queue for a table was out the door.! We had a great table - not too squashed in.. Good choice on menu.. Kids had really delicious spaghetti and meatballs with drinks and a desser thrown in on the kids deal.. I had a superb burger and husband had the pulled pork.. No complaints with food. I had a very expensive Pepsi which came in a small glass with ice - think it was £3.50 and had less Pepsi in it than a can. I know it's in central London but still felt it was a tad expensive especially on the drinks side.. It's in Shaftsbury Avenue which really needs a serious deep clean as not as nice as it used to be. Kids loved it though.

Having been to the one in Orlando and booked off the back of that I found the London one very disappointing. Too crowded, rude waiter and food very average. Won't be coming back

Had a brilliant time, food was good and staff went the extra mile to ensure my son enjoyed his birthday meal.
Slightly expensive but worth it for the overall experience and the family really enjoyed it.

All the staff were really attentive and great with my children. The food was hot and came quickly. The children loved the atmosphere and couldnt stop talking about it. My only criticism is the standard of the food. The meal was just over the £100 and the qulaity of the food did not relect this. The food tasted very processed, for example we had a side order of onion rings im sure they came straight out of a freezer, not fresh. the drinks are also very expensive.
