We had champagne afternoon tea. It was an utter delight. Just the right sized cakes and sandwiches. The salmon mousse was amazing. Could eat at our leisure, so we didn't feel overly stuffed when we left just nicely contented.

My daughter booked the Pump Rooms Bath for a celebratory meal for my 60th birthday. We had a wonderful time from the moment we walked through the door. The food was outstanding and the service impeccable. We were made to feel very special from all members of staff. The resident musicians played happy birthday to me and I was presented with a small cake which was a lovely surprise. The ambience, warmth, music and overall atmosphere made us feel extremely festive. Nothing negative to say about our visit at all - we loved every minute and we would highly recommend this for an overall experience whether it be for a special occasion or just for a treat

Visit was arranged for sister in laws 70th birthday thought afternoon tea was a real let down ratio of sandwiches poor sister in law vegetarian and sandwiches were skewered together meat and vegetarian sandwiches together we asked for one mousse
to be replaced with addional sandwich as member of party would not eat the waitress kindly went to enquire on her return we were told chef could not do this and bought us onesmall square of a sandwich which was laughable waitress was pleasant but overall service very poor we waited a long time for additional tea and coffee also felt linen napkins should have been used which has always been the case at other afternoon venues the price of 25.00 per head does was not value for money could not fault the setting but such a disappointment

Lovely champagne afternoon tea. Extremely nice afternoon tea - excellent service and everything we ate was so tasty. Unfortunately there was no music playing - we were expecting some live music.

Well prepared food, with excellent service. Very polite staff and because we had pre-booked, there was no waiting to be seated.

It was fabulous! Excellent food, service and surroundings. I think your classic afternoon tea is far superior to the ones I've had at Fortnum and Masons in London. Well done!
