A fantastic experience-all the food was lovely and the staff were attentive

Staff were very courteous, friendly and took time to ensure we were comfortable. Each element of the tea was carefully explained with the right balance of attention throughout the sitting.
My only issue was on a table for two, we are sitting facing each other about 5 feet apart and it was difficult to make intimate conversation, particularly as we were near the piano (the music was appreciated). The staff provided another chair on the side of the table so we were 90 Deg to each other, this helped.

As excellent as ever. This was our 10th year of a Festive Afternon Tea at The Dorchester, far surpasses the Ritz! Polite, efficient service, fabulous food and exquisite decorations. The gingerbread hotel decoration was amazing! Piano adds a wonderful touch. A great start to Christmas week.

From the moment we arrived until the time we left, everything was perfect. A special thank you to the lovely gentleman that looked after our table, didn't catch his name but he was from Nepal and was delightful

The booking and confirmation was professional. On the day we received a warm welcome from all the staff that we encountered. Our Server was PURNA who engaged us with witty repartee and made us laugh. His Customer Service skills were OUTSTANDING. The pianist played such beautiful relaxing music.. I felt at home. Finally, my guest was presented with a gorgeous birthday cake with a candle. Sheer Bliss... Highly recommended venue for special occasion.
