Alongside gourmet pizzas and sumptuous meats from the grill, indulge in bold signature seafood dishes from The Oval menu, like homemade cod brandade ravioli, or salt-crusted wild sea bass with seasonal vegetables. Decadent Italian desserts include dark chocolate fondant with crunchy hazelnut, or classic tiramisu.

We had the most wonderful evening celebrating our daughter's graduation. The atmosphere of the stunning boutique hotel in trendy Knightsbridge was perfect and the oval dining room a brilliant venue for the occasion. The food was amazing and the attention to detail was really appreciated. The complimentary selection of breads, special tasting courses from the chef and the surprise 'congratulations' extra pudding towards the end of the evening made it all very special. The staff were superb - very friendly attentive. This was one of the best Bookatable venues we have experienced to date and we would thoroughly recommend the hotel. Even the set menu was varied and better than many other similar offers in even more 'prestigious' establishments.

A most enjoyable experience. Food was excellent, staff were friendly and very efficient. As we arrived very early to avoid the tube strike we were carefully looked after for tea and delightful piano accompaniment which made our two hour wait a relaxing addition to our day. Congratulations to all at The Wellesley!

We arrived a little stressed after a turbulent morning, but the beautiful setting and impeccable service instantly relaxed us. The menu was innovate and the food impeccable presented and skilfully prepared. Wine was reasonably priced and the team were happy to advise. Authentically Italian, one of the restaurant team even advised us on places to stay and eat during our forthcoming break to Venice. Quieter that I had imagined it would be, could this be one of London's last hidden gems!!!

Slightly disappointing dining experience. Left the lunch wanting more from the atmosphere, service and flavors.

Booking was easy and as previous reviews they will contact you for a deposit. This is due though to it being quite an intimate little restaurant which really is its attraction.

Walking into the hotel you are immediately drawn into an intimate suduction of elegance and sofistication. The staff are very polite and immediately welcoming.

We had the set menu which was lovely just the right size and cooked to perfection. The service was attentive without being rushed if I were to give it a negative would be a charge for tea and coffee at the end seemed a bit much but nothing that should stop you going to this lovely place.

I would go back but to eat in the Jazz lounge next time which seemed wonderful.
