Really lovely Afternoon Tea. Felt the table wasn't quite big enough for 6 of us with all the teapots etc. Music slightly too loud as we had a speaker close by. Afternoon tea itself was very nice apart from the plum cheesecake items which were quite tasteless.. Very friendly and helpful waiter. A slight delay in the food arriving and apparently they had run out of supplies and were waiting for them to arrive. A few minutes after that arrived the gluten free tea arrived. I had asked for a gluten free tea when I booked but the waiter didn't seem to be aware.
A very enjoyable experience all in all and will probably come again.

The Orangery was lovely the staff impeccably polite and helpful.
The Traditional Afternoon Tea was expensive at £19.95 per person and really disappointing. Uninteresting sandwiches, ham, egg mayo, chicken Cesarean, cheese. 2nd tier, a small but nice scone with clotted cream and pot of jam, very small mince pie and on top a selection of cakes that were mainly a slice of fruit cake, slice of chocolate roll, square of sponge with cherry topping, tiny meringue with cream and a piece of orange on top.

The afternoon tea experience at Blenheim Palace was average. The waiters tried their best to satisfy the customer's wishes, were very friendly but obviously not very well trained. The ambiance was less of an Orangery than of a common mid-class restaurant and so was the food. As an example: In the menu it was announced that the tea is loose lea with special tea bags but actually, the tea was bad quality tea in a very ordinary tea bag of which the label was cut off to conceal its origin. Furthermore, in the menu a time indication was given for the tea to brew but there weren't any small bowls in order to dispose them. Again, in an ordinary restaurant I wouldn't be surprised but as the orangery is Blenheim Palaces' orangery, I was quite surprised by the overall quality.

Another excellent lunch, thank you. We love the attention to detail and excelent service. A very pleasant waiter (from Yorksire) called Ollie, I think, made it extra pleasurable with his friendly courtesy and kind attention to we two elderly ladies! My guest said the beef was very good indeed. We really value the elegant surroundings free of noisy large parties, just people enjoying a delicious meal and quiet conversation with quiet music in the background.

Lovely food, sea base was tasty and the beef was tender. Beautifully roasted veg. Disappointed that the coffe and chocolates was one chocolate, a bit miss leading. Overall a lovely experience.

Very pleasant staff, comfortable surroundings (would have preferred a round table for 5 rather than an extra placement on the end of a table for 4 as the room was rather empty)
Menu good but overly small portions of Sea Bass , (Turkey was good ) sea bass was rather expensive, wine choice was good . Must say again staff were great and could not have been more helpful,

A very enjoyable experience which was made by the very helpful and humorous staff. We liked the Afternoon Tea which was introduced by Oli, who has a great personality. A good time was had.
