Set just up the road from Brooklands, the birthplace of British motorsport & aviation, The Oatlands Chaser is a country-style pub & restaurant with a sizeable beer garden for al fresco dining. Housed in a building said to have a connection with Tudor royalty, the restaurant enjoys a contemporary design and serves a menu of uncomplicated modern British fare.

Sourcing ingredients from trusted local suppliers, The Oatlands Chaser menu features wholesome recipes based around the garden, land and sea. Sample hand-pressed burgers, beef & ale pie with cardamom carrots, or sea bass with potato gnocchi, while old-school puddings include warming crumbles, custard-lathered sponges and decadent brownies. Not forgetting younger diners, a kids’ menu includes miniature versions of British classics.

A partnership with the celebrated Rothschild wine merchants means The Oatlands Chaser cellar is stocked full with an eclectic list of world wines, while indulgent wine flights allow guests to sample a variety of bins. Seasonal beers and barrel-kept ales also feature, as well as thirst-quenching cocktails and rich coffees.

The Oatlands Chaser in Weybridge is a 2-minute drive from Walton-on-Thames Rail Station.

Great venue for small or large family gatherings for Sunday Roast. Actually anytime as the menu has various choices to suit any occasions, different time of the week. Good food, good service and nice location. Love the Sunday trio roast! Portions generous! Struggle to eat the pudding but it's only because we also had a big starters to begin with. Will be most happy to recommend, visiting again !

like the new look. ... But without carpets and curtains the atmosphere has become very loud
The so called thrice cooked chips were soft soggy and very greasy. my sauvignon blanc was very warm.
did mention both complaints to staff but said they couldn't do anything ...... they had already experienced complaints about the thrice cooked chips.... so why haven't they got it sorted...or taken them off menu ..

Nice lication. Staff friendly but too busy to be attentive. Turkey smothered in very dark gravy- possibly beef bisto!!
Torte very hard and mire like Briwnie. Ice cream delicious!

Staff very friendly and helpful. Food slow in arriving but probably due to being prepared to order and we were not rushing. Food excellent! All very happy with our choices and the mini pud with coffee was perfect as we could not have eaten anything more.

The food and service were good, much better than our last visit. Unfortunately they no longer accept the "Goumet Card" on Fri. Sat. or Sunday.

Have eaten here several times and always found the service acceptable. Staff very friendly. Food usually very good, however this time I had a roast and sadly it was cold. My companions were happy with theirs so perhaps I was unlucky. There were also some very noisy children, totally out of control and being ignored by there parents, which were, diplomatically, dealt with by the staff very well.
