The Moshulu restaurant in Philadelphia is a fine dining restaurant on a tall ship! There is an adventuresome menu using some of nature's finest ingredients with a South Seas flair. Presenting the essence of contemporary American cooking, Executive Chef Ralph Fernandez has created a succulent array of dishes and all the Philly dining favorites that will make dining on the Moshulu a great fine dining experience. Chef Fernandez' distinct attitude and flavor are a fusion of years of study in various cooking styles including Southwestern, American and French. A New York native, his career has taken him from the Pierre Hotel in New York to working at the Four Season in Houston.
The Moshulu's private dining rooms and outdoor decks take full advantage of the unparalleled views of the city and waterfront. The multi-level decks offer a glorious open-air experience. There are all the Philly dining favorites and entertaining options on the Moshulu. Private parties can be arranged in various settings-at the exclusive chef's table, in one of the two private rooms off of the main dining room, at the Captain's table under the skylight in full view of the lighted masts, or on one of the outdoor decks.
